Paulette Holiday

Paulette has been with GRC Management since 1997. She oversees a portfolio of 2400 units in Manhattan and Brooklyn and a team of property managers who directly run the sites in her portfolio. She has extensive experience with budgets, building maintenance and repair, client engagement and compliance with federal, state and local housing codes and regulations and OSHA.

Paulette notably managed Parkchester North Condominium during a $90M redevelopment and has effectively trained on-site managers to industry standard policy and procedures.
