Roderick has been with GRC Management since 2002. He has more than 18 years of experience of implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition and retention, employment processing, Salary and Wage Administration, Health and Welfare Benefit Administration, Labor Union Contract Negotiation and Interpretation, Union and Non-Union labor disputes. Rod ensures that GRC follows in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Labor Laws.
He holds a BS in Business Administration and minor in Economics from Southern University.
